This poster is autographed (top right) by Sheriff Joe Arpaio himself (9-14-96). Note the pink underwear and leg shackle on the "inmate," the confiscated cigarettes, coffee, girlie magazine, and TV, and the neon "VACANCY" sign, which is normally posted on the guard tower in the background (really!).
